Hey, I’m Ash.

I’ve done the 1200 calorie diets and the high intensity sessions. I’ve run, THEN done a double (back-to-back sessions) all without food prior, of course.

I’ve done the lemon water for breakfast, trying to stick to the plan. Cutting out meals, when I went out for dinner the night before.

I’ve been in the gym at 3:30am, before clients, because we are told “win the morning, exercise before you start work.”

I’ve tried a lot, and that saves you YEARS.

Chasing that exercise high, the endorphins feel great and you just want to do more.

Results come, but do they last?

I was never the sports kid, but I was very active and overweight at times. I’ll never forget in primary school - we had to weigh ourselves in front of the class - for what reason?!

I would then go on to have a battle with my weight for years to come, and bullied along the way. Trialling diets, feeling guilty, and overtraining.

I know the pain it feels when you don’t feel like yourself, feel like you don’t fit in, or when clothes don’t fit.

The thing that changed for me, is exactly what I’ve created in the rise method.

I’m here to help you break free from dieting all year, without the extremes. Whether you are new to the gym or experienced - I’ll be in your corner.
